What is our payment terms?
Unlike other on line retailers, we are a volume wholesalers and we only accept 100% payment in advance by direct bank transfer under USD150,000. We accept Letter of Credit (L/C) over USD150,000. We do accept western union as well. We do not accept any paypal, money brokers, and credit card payments. We use HSBC and Hang Seng Bank as our settlement bank.
What currency unit do we use?
We only use HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) and USD (US Dollars) as our official settlement currency unit, all other currencies occur on the quotation are for reference only. They do not represent the final settlement dollars amount.
Do we accept the use of escrow service for goods inspection?
Yes, you can use escrow service to inspect our goods for order over USD150,000.
